We aren't set up to contact you from the factory if something's not looking great with your photo. But, you will receive a pop-up warning during the ordering process if any of the photos you selected might not make a clear print.
Once you've ordered, we'll send you a confirmation email with your receipt and a PDF Order Summary. The PDF will show you exactly how your Mixtiles will be printed, so if anything's not looking perfect, just let us know by chat or email ([email protected]). 👍
