But, we'll certainly work with you to find the best solution to the issue you're experiencing, whether that be a replacement or a refund. 💖

When we process a refund, we're only able to do so back to the original payment method.

Credit Card Refunds

These types of refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to reappear on your credit card statement.

PayPal Refunds

If you paid through PayPal directly from your bank account, you should have that back on your card statement in 3-5 business days.

And if you paid using a credit card, a debit card, or your PayPal balance, it can take up to 30 days to make its way back to your account.

Mixtiles Credit Refunds
