The maximum discount advertised is specifically for our 8.4" x 8.4" Mixtiles (not Canvas or Mixtiles Art). Our larger sizes are also discounted, but the discount amount decreases as the size increases. You will always be able to see how the discount you have is translating to other sizes by clicking through the sizes like so:

If you're looking to mix and match sizes on a single order, once you select a different size for one of the photos, you'll see a pop-up appear with the best deal we have available for mixed sizes. 👍

If you are having trouble getting your code to work, there are a few things to try:

Our deals will automatically apply to any eligible Gallery Wall set. You'll be able to tell if your promo code applied to the set you're looking at, because you'll see a strike through the original price next to the discounted price:

If you're getting an error message that says the code has been used too many times, there's no need to enter it again. You'll need to be on the same device (phone or computer) using the same ordering method (app or website) as when the code was first entered.

If you upload your pics and proceed to the checkout page, you'll see a note there about the number of free tiles you have applied to your order. ⭐

Double-check the material selected on your order, if you are redeeming a gift card, they are only eligible for our framed or frameless 8.4" x 8.4" Mixtiles (not Canvas).
