Since Mixtiles are custom-made, personalized products, we aren’t able to cancel the order once it’s in motion, but there is a small window of time right after your order is placed when we can still cancel it for you.
Before Your Order is Placed
Access Your Cart: Click on the shopping cart in the top-right corner of the screen.
Delete A Single Piece: Click Remove on the artwork you want to delete from your order.
Delete A Piece From A Set: Click on the pencil icon to edit the curated set and uncheck the artwork you want to remove from your order.
