Most orders arrive within about 10 days of being placed, though this can vary depending on your location. You’ll always see an estimated delivery date range on the Checkout page before completing your order — that’s the best place to check for your personalized delivery window.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way. 🕵️♀️ You can check that link anytime for the latest updates on your delivery status.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs can vary depending on your region and the size of your order.
Free Shipping: Most regions qualify for free standard shipping once your order reaches the minimum amount (you’ll see this at checkout).
Small Orders: A small shipping fee may apply if your order doesn’t meet the minimum.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available in many locations for an additional cost. If it’s available in your country, you’ll see it listed at checkout along with the price and estimated delivery date.
Note: If standard and express shipping show the same estimated delivery window, the express option may not appear.
Shipping Restrictions
At the moment, we’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
If you’d like to send Mixtiles to someone with one of these address types, we recommend shipping to a friend, family member, or workplace instead — wherever it’s easiest to receive your order safely.
