Supporting Tax-Exempt Customers

We’re happy to help tax-exempt organizations place Mixtiles orders! While we can’t remove sales tax during checkout just yet, it’s easy to request a refund for the tax amount after your order is placed. Here’s how 👇


Step 1: Place Your Order

Go ahead and place your order as usual through our website. Taxes will appear in your total at checkout, but we’ll refund that portion once your exemption is verified.


Step 2: Send Proof of Tax-Exempt Status

After your order is placed, send us an email at [email protected] with:

  • A copy or photo of your official tax-exempt certificate, and

  • Your order number

Please make sure your tax-exempt number is included on the form!


Step 3: Receive Your Tax Refund

Once we receive your documentation, we’ll process a refund for the tax amount right back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
