Mixtiles Credits are store credits you can use toward future Mixtiles orders. If we’ve issued you a refund or credit for a previous order, you may have received it in the form of Mixtiles Credits — they work just like a gift card balance for your next purchase!
How to Access Your Mixtiles Credits
Your credits are automatically linked to your Mixtiles account. Here’s how to check or use them:
Go to our website and log in using the same email you used for your original order.
Click the three lines (☰) in the top corner to open the menu.
You’ll see your credit balance listed there.
Your credits will automatically apply at checkout during your next order — no code needed!
💡 If you don’t have a Mixtiles account yet, you’ll receive a credit confirmation email with a link to sign in or create one. Just make sure to use the same email address as your original order.
Want to Save Your Credits for Later?
You can absolutely save your credits for a future order! To do that, simply log out of your Mixtiles account before checking out — this will prevent your credits from being used automatically.
Do Mixtiles Credits Expire?
Yes, but not for five years from the date they’re issued — so you’ll have plenty of time to decide which photos you want to turn into your next set of Mixtiles. 🎉
Where Can I Use Mixtiles Credits?
At the moment, Mixtiles Credits can only be used on our website (not the mobile app).
