Mixtiles Credits are a convenient way to receive refunds or store credits for future purchases! If you’ve received a refund from us, it might have been issued in the form of Mixtiles Credits, which you can use towards your next Mixtiles order.

Your Mixtiles Credits will be automatically added to your Mixtiles account. If you don’t have an account with us yet, you’ll receive a credit confirmation email with a link that lets you sign in or sign up to view your credits balance. Just be sure to use the same email address you used to place your original order.

To view your credits, click on the menu in the top corner of our website (those three little lines). You’ll also see your credits automatically applied on the Checkout page during your next Mixtiles order.

If you’d like to save your Mixtiles Credits for a future purchase, you can! To do that, just log out of your Mixtiles account before placing your order, and your credits won’t be applied.

Yes, but not for five years! This gives you plenty of time to decide which photos you’d like to turn into Mixtiles and in which style. 🎉
