If you've received a refund from us, you may have received it in the form of Mixtiles Credits. This is basically store credit, meaning you can use Mixtiles Credits towards your next Mixtiles purchase.

Mixtiles Credits will be automatically added to your Mixtiles account. Don't worry if you don't have an account with us – you’ll receive a credit confirmation email containing a link which you can follow to sign in / up and view your credits balance. Just be sure that you're using the same email address as the one you used to place your original order.

Your credits balance can be seen from the menu in the top corner of the website (push the three little lines) and on the Checkout page as they will automatically be applied to your next Mixtiles order.

No problem! Just make sure you log out of your Mixtiles account, and then place your order.

They do, but not for five years! This should give you plenty of time to decide on which photos to have turned into Mixtiles and in which style!
