Learn how to order Mixtiles.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Ordering Mixtiles is a breeze, and we’ve got a few options to suit your preferences! 🎉 Here’s how you can place your order:

Ordering Through Our Website

For the full Mixtiles experience, we recommend ordering through our website: www.mixtiles.com. It’s the best place to explore all of our available products, sizes, and styles — including options like Wall Signs that aren't currently in the app. Plus, our website is mobile-friendly, so you can order just as easily from your phone or tablet!

Ordering Through Our App

Our free Mixtiles app is available for both iPhone and Android users. It’s a quick and convenient way to order most of our core styles and sizes. While the app includes many of your favorite products, please note that some products are currently only available on the website.

Other Ordering Methods

  • Email or Social Media DMs: While we can’t take orders through email or direct messages, we’re happy to help guide you through the process! 💛

  • Phone Orders: We don't place orders by phone, but our team is available to support you via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat on our website and app.

  • Orders on Your Behalf: We’re not able to place orders for you, but we’re always just a message away if you run into any hiccups.

Choosing and Uploading Your Photos

To make sure you can easily access your photos when placing an order, here’s where to save them based on how you're ordering:

  • Ordering Through the App: The app supports photos saved directly to your phone’s photo album or iCloud. If your photos are in your email or another location, make sure to save them to your phone’s photo album or iCloud before placing your order.

  • Ordering Through the Website: You have more flexibility when ordering through our website. You can choose photos from various sources, including Google Photos and Google Drive. Here’s how:

  1. Click the pink plus symbol (+)

  2. Select Photo Tiles.

  3. Select Import From Google Photos to access your Google Photos and Google Drive.
