Ordering Through Our Website
The easiest way to place your order is through our website: www.mixtiles.com. You can browse all of our available sizes and styles through our website. Our website is also accessible right from your phone!
Ordering Through Our App
You can also place your order using our app, which is available for iPhone and Android users. The app is free to download. The app features most of our styles and sizes, but please note that Jumble and Wall Signs are currently only available through our website.
Ordering Via Email or Social Media
We’re unable to accept orders through email or social media DMs. However, if you need help placing your order, feel free to reach out to us or check out our troubleshooting tips here. 💛
Placing an Order for You
We don’t have the capability to place orders on your behalf. But, if you encounter any issues while ordering through our website or app, we’re here to help!
Phone Support and Orders
Currently, we offer support through email ([email protected]) and online chat. You can access our online chat service through our website or iPhone app.
To make sure you can access your photos when placing an order, here’s where to save them, depending on how you’re ordering:
App: The app supports photos saved directly to your phone’s photo album or iCloud. If your photos are in your email or another location, make sure to save them to your phone’s photo album or iCloud before placing your order.
Website: You have more flexibility when ordering through our website. You can choose photos from various sources, including Google Photos and Google Drive. Here’s how:

Select Photo Tiles.
Select Import From Google Photos to access your Google Photos and Google Drive.
