Sending Mixtiles Directly to Your Loved Ones

Want to surprise someone special? You can have a Mixtiles order sent directly to your recipient, no matter where they are in the world! ๐ŸŒ We never include receipts in our packagesโ€”theyโ€™re sent as an attachment in the confirmation email. Just be sure to enter your own email address during checkout to keep the surprise under wraps. ๐Ÿคซ

Splitting Orders to Multiple Addresses

Planning to send Mixtiles to different addresses? While we currently donโ€™t offer the option to split a single order between multiple addresses, you can place separate orders for each destination. That way, everyone gets their Mixtiles delivered right to their door! ๐Ÿ‘

Mixtiles Gift Card

If you want to let your recipient choose which photos to turn into Mixtiles, consider gifting them a Mixtiles gift card. Itโ€™s a perfect way to let them create their own special memories. ๐Ÿ’Œ

Gift Wrapping

We currently donโ€™t have the option to gift wrap Mixtiles.

Keeping Your Gift a Surprise

The tiles will come in packages that feature our name and logo. If you want to keep this as a surprise we'd recommend sending the order to a different address (a friend or workplace?) or have them delivered to your nearest UPS Access Point to keep the gift a surprise.

Adding a Gift Note

For our customers in the US, you can add a personal touch by including a gift note with your Mixtiles order. Just look for the option on the Checkout page! ๐ŸŽ‰

โ€‹Forgot to add a note after placing your order? Send us a chat or drop an email to [email protected]. We have a small window of time to make any last-minute changes to your order. ๐Ÿ’› If we catch it in time, weโ€™ll be happy to make those updates for you!

Excluding the Receipt

We never include receipts in our packages โ€” weโ€™ll email those directly to the email address on the order. ๐Ÿ˜Š
