I ordered, but I haven't received a confirmation email.

Explore possible reasons why your confirmation email hasn't come through.

You should receive a confirmation email to the email address on the order within 15 minutes, but if you don't, there are a few reasons why this might be the case.

1. Give it a few more minutes.

Sometimes it can take a bit longer than 15 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive.

2. Your confirmation email went to your Spam folder.

If you are seeing a charge on your card and your confirmation email still hasn't made it after 20 minutes, check your spam or junk folder – sometimes confirmation emails tend to hide in there.

3. Your confirmation email went to a different email address.

If you paid with Apple Pay or PayPal, the email address on your order will automatically default to the email address registered on your Apple Pay or PayPal account. We often find that it's an old or outdated email address associated with these accounts, so your confirmation email could be hiding there. 😊

4. What if I don't have access to the email address on my order or there was a typo in the email address?

No worries – we can look your order up another way.

Just email us ([email protected]) with your name, shipping address, and one photo from your order. We should be able to locate your order that way, update the email address, and resend your receipt and confirmation. πŸ’›

5. Unfortunately, the order didn't come through.

If the order didn't come through, you won't get a confirmation email AND you won't see a charge on your payment method.

Double check that you haven't been charged, and if not, it means it's safe to order again. πŸ‘
