I Ordered, But I Haven't Received a Confirmation Email

Here’s what to do if your confirmation email hasn’t shown up yet.

You should normally receive your confirmation email within about 20 minutes of placing your order. It includes a PDF summary of your order with all your details — so if you haven’t seen it come through, here are a few things to check first. 👇

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

If it’s been 20 minutes and you’ve already seen a charge on your card, the email may have landed in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Search your inbox for “Mixtiles” to help it pop up faster.


2. Check Another Email Address

If you paid using Apple Pay or PayPal, your confirmation email is sent to the email address connected to that payment account — which might be different from your usual one (or even an old email). Try checking any other inboxes you might still have access to — that’s often where it’s hiding!


3. Make Sure the Order Went Through

If your order didn’t go through, you won’t receive a confirmation email — and there also won’t be a charge on your card.

  • Double-check your payment history or recent transactions.

  • If you don’t see a charge, your order likely wasn’t completed.

It’s safe to try placing your order again. 👍


4. If You Used the Wrong Email or Made a Typo
