What to Do If You Haven't Received a Confirmation Email

You should receive a confirmation email to the email address used for your order within about 20 minutes. If you haven't seen it pop up just yet, here are a few things to look into:

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

If you’re seeing a charge on your card but still don’t have the email after 20 minutes, it could be hiding in your spam or junk folder. These emails sometimes like to play hide and seek!

2. Check Another Email Address

If you paid with Apple Pay or PayPal, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with those accounts. Sometimes, this could be an old or outdated email address. Try checking any other email accounts you might have.

3. The Order Didn’t Go Through

If your order didn't go through, you won't receive a confirmation email, and there won’t be a charge on your payment method. Double-check to make sure there’s no charge on your card. If you don’t see a charge, it’s safe to place your order again. 👍

4. What If I Used the Wrong Email Address or Made a Typo?
