If somethingâs not working quite right â like the page freezing, buttons not responding, or your order not going through â try these quick fixes before reaching out.
When Uploading Photos
After uploading your photos, give the app or website a minute to finish processing them before moving on to the next step or placing your order.
If Youâre Ordering on the Website
Try a different browser or Incognito Window
We recommend using an Incognito Window on Google Chrome.
You can also try Safari or Edge if Chrome isnât available.
If Youâre Using the Mixtiles App
1. Check for updates
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
If you see an Update button next to Mixtiles, tap it and relaunch the app.
2. Restart the app
Close it completely and reopen â this refreshes your connection.
3. Reinstall if problems persist
Deleting and reinstalling the app can clear hidden data that causes glitches.
If the Issue Happens During Checkout
1. Check your connection
Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data signal is strong and stable.
If youâre on a public network, try switching to your mobile connection instead.
2. Switch devices or platforms
If one platform isnât cooperating, try the other â for example, move from the app to the website or vice versa.
