Troubleshooting Your Mixtiles Order

Tips to fix common issues when placing your order.

We know how exciting it is to get your Mixtiles on the way, and we want to help you get there smoothly! 🎉

If something’s not working quite right — like the page freezing, buttons not responding, or your order not going through — try these quick fixes before reaching out.


When Uploading Photos

  • After uploading your photos, give the app or website a minute to finish processing them before moving on to the next step or placing your order.


If You’re Ordering on the Website

Try a different browser or Incognito mode

  • We recommend Google Chrome in Incognito Mode.

  • You can also try Safari or Edge if Chrome isn’t available.


If You’re Using the Mixtiles App

1. Check for updates

  • Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

  • If you see an Update button next to Mixtiles, tap it and relaunch the app.

2. Restart the app

  • Close it completely and reopen — this refreshes your connection.

3. Reinstall if problems persist

  • Deleting and reinstalling the app can clear hidden data that causes glitches.


If the Issue Happens During Checkout

1. Check your connection

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data signal is strong and stable.

  • If you’re on a public network, try switching to your mobile connection instead.

2. Switch devices or platforms

  • If one platform isn’t cooperating, try the other — for example, move from the app to the website or vice versa.
