You can always see exactly how your Mixtiles will be printed by opening the PDF attached to the confirmation email you hopefully received from us.
If you've already placed your order, but need to make some changes, just send us a chat or email ([email protected]). We'll help find the best solution. 😊
✨Pro Tip!✨
Just a heads-up, on both our framed and frameless Mixtiles, about 3 mm of the photo is trimmed during the manufacturing process! So, be sure to leave a little extra space along the edges of your photo, so we don't cut off any important parts! 👍
With Canvas, about 1" of the edges of your photo will be stretched along the edges and to the back of the Mixtiles. So, when ordering this style, just be sure that nothing important is within 1" of the edge of your photo!
If you have an image with a border or something very important near the edge, choose one of our matting options – the matting will get trimmed instead of your photo!
