Checking or Updating Your Shipping Address

Here’s how to check or update where your order is headed!

Before You Place Your Order

Click on the house icon 🏠 at the top of the Checkout page to see where your order will be shipped. You can also make adjustments there if needed.

Note for Apple Pay Users: If you’re paying with Apple Pay, our system will automatically use the address associated with your Apple Pay account. If you want to ship to a different address, it’s best to choose Credit Card as your payment method instead.

Note for PayPal Users: When using PayPal, our system pulls the address from your PayPal account. Unlike Apple Pay, you can still change the delivery address by clicking on the house icon 🏠 at the top of the Checkout page.


After You’ve Placed Your Order

You can check your shipping address in a few ways:

  1. Confirmation Email: Open the PDF attached to your confirmation email — your shipping address will be listed there.

  2. Website Account: Log in to your Mixtiles account using the same email address used for your order, then check your order details.

  3. Mixtiles App: Open the app → tap the three lines (☰) in the top corner → select “Your Orders.”


Need to Change the Address?

If it’s been a few hours or less since you placed your order:

  • On the Website: Log in (or create an account) with the same email used for your order. You can update the address directly from your order details.

  • From the Confirmation Email: In some cases, you can also update your address directly using the link in your confirmation email.

  • In the App: Open the app and follow the steps shown in the short animation below to change your address.


If Your Order Was Shipped to the Wrong Address

If your order has already shipped, it’s now in the hands of UPS. You may be able to update the delivery information directly through UPS.

  1. Visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number.

  2. Look for a “Correct My Address” button inside the yellow box on your tracking page.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. (You’ll need to log in or create a free UPS account.)

  4. If you’re unable to make the change online, you can call UPS Customer Service.
