Wondering where your Mixtiles are headed? We've got you covered! Here’s how to check and update your shipping address before and after placing your order.

Before Your Order is Placed

Click on the house icon 🏠 at the top of the Checkout page to see where your order will be shipped. You can also make adjustments there if needed.

Note for Apple Pay Users: If you’re paying with Apple Pay, our system will automatically use the address associated with your Apple Pay account. If you want to ship to a different address, it’s best to choose Credit Card as your payment method instead.

Note for PayPal Users: When using PayPal, our system pulls the address from your PayPal account. Unlike Apple Pay, you can still change the delivery address by clicking on the house icon 🏠 at the top of the Checkout page.

After Your Order is Placed

Here are three ways to check your shipping address:

  1. Confirmation Email: Open the PDF attached to your confirmation email to confirm the shipping address.

  2. Mixtiles Web Account: Log in to your Mixtiles account using the same email address used for the order, and view your order details to check your shipping address.

  3. Mixtiles App: If you ordered through the app, open it, click on the three lines in the top right corner, and select "Your Orders."

Need to Change the Address?

If your order was placed within the last few hours and you used our website:

Option 1: Log in or create an account on our website using the same email address you used for the order. Your order will appear, and you can update the delivery address directly from there.

Option 2: You can also update your address directly from the confirmation email. Here's how:

If your order was placed through our app within the last few hours:

Open the app and follow the steps in the GIF below to change your address:

If it’s been more than a few hours since you placed your order:
