How do I remove a picture from my order?

Learn how to deselect an image from your Mixtiles order.

Before Your Order is Placed

On the app:

You can delete the unwanted photo from your selection by tapping the image, and choosing the "Delete" option from the pop-up menu. So far, we don't have a feature that allows you to remove all the photos at once to start over.

On the website:

Just click on the unwanted image, and click the trash can icon to remove it. So far, we don't have a feature that allows you to remove all the photos at once to start over.

On a Gallery Wall set:

Rather than removing a photo, you'll be replacing the unwanted photo with the wanted photo. Here's how:

On a Collage:

Click on the photo you want to remove and select Remove Photo from the pop-up menu. Just a heads-up, removing a photo will rearrange your Collage with the remaining photos.

On a Jumble:

Click on the photo you want to remove and select Remove Photo from the pop-up menu. Just a heads-up, you'll need to add a new photo in its place to complete the Jumble!

In a Photo Book:

To delete a photo from your selection:

  1. Click on the photo you want to remove.

  2. Click Delete Photo from the options below.

If you want to start over completely, click on the three dots in the top right and select Delete All Photos.

After Your Order Is Placed

There isn't a way to remove a photo from your order after it has been placed. But, as long as your order hasn't moved into production yet, we can help! Just send us a quick chat or email ([email protected]) to get in touch with our support team. πŸ‘
