Before Your Order is Placed
On the app:
You can delete the unwanted photo from your selection by tapping the image, and choosing the "Delete" option from the pop-up menu.
On the website:
Just click on the unwanted image, and click the trash can icon to remove it.
On a Gallery Wall set:
Rather than removing a photo, you'll be replacing the unwanted photo with the wanted photo. Here's how:
On a Collage:
Click on the photo you want to remove and select Remove Photo from the pop-up menu. Just a heads-up, removing a photo will rearrange your Collage with the remaining photos.
On a Jumble:
Click on the photo you want to remove and select Remove Photo from the pop-up menu. Just a heads-up, you'll need to add a new photo in its place to complete the Jumble!
After Your Order Is Placed
There isn't a way to remove a photo from your order after it has been placed. But, as long as your order hasn't moved into production yet, we can help! Just send us a quick chat or email ([email protected]) to get in touch with our support team. 👍
