How Do I Remove A Picture From My Order?

Here’s how to delete photos from your Mixtiles or Photo Book order before ordering.

On the Mixtiles App

  1. Tap the photo you want to remove.

  2. Select Delete from the pop-up menu.

Note: There isn’t currently an option to remove all photos at once — they’ll need to be deleted one by one.

On the Mixtiles Website

  1. Click the photo you want to remove.

  2. Click the trash can icon 🗑️ to delete it from your order.

Just like in the app, you can remove individual photos, but not all at once.

For Gallery Wall Sets

You can’t delete a photo entirely from a Gallery Wall set, but you can easily replace it:

  1. Click the photo you’d like to change.

  2. Select Swap Photo and upload a new image in its place.

For Photo Books

  1. Click the photo you want to remove.

  2. Select Delete Photo to remove it from your layout.

  3. To start fresh, click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner and choose Delete All Photos to clear your book and begin again.
