Before Your Order is Placed
On the app:
Tap the Image: Select the photo you want to remove.
Choose Delete: Pick the Delete option from the pop-up menu. (We don’t currently offer a way to remove all photos at once.)
On the website:
Click on the Image: Select the photo you want to remove.
Click the Trash Can Icon: This will delete the photo from your order. Similar to the app, there isn't a feature to remove all photos at once.
For a Gallery Wall set:
Replace the Photo: Instead of removing, you’ll be swapping out the unwanted photo with a new one.
For a Collage:
Click the Photo: Select the photo you want to remove.
Choose Remove Photo: This will remove the photo and automatically rearrange the remaining photos in your Collage.
