FAQ: How Do I Remove A Picture From My Order?

Learn how to deselect an image from your Mixtiles order.

Before Your Order is Placed

On the app:

  • Tap the Image: Select the photo you want to remove.

  • Choose Delete: Pick the Delete option from the pop-up menu. (We don’t currently offer a way to remove all photos at once.)

On the website:

  • Click on the Image: Select the photo you want to remove.

  • Click the Trash Can Icon: This will delete the photo from your order. Similar to the app, there isn't a feature to remove all photos at once.

For a Gallery Wall set:

  • Replace the Photo: Instead of removing, you’ll be swapping out the unwanted photo with a new one.

For a Collage:

  • Click the Photo: Select the photo you want to remove.

  • Choose Remove Photo: This will remove the photo and automatically rearrange the remaining photos in your Collage.
