If your gift card hasn't been used to place an order, but it's been entered once before, you'll receive an error message like this:

If this happens, there's no need to enter it again. Just make sure you’re using the same device and method (web/app) as when the gift card was first entered. Proceed with your order, and you’ll see the free Mixtiles noted on the Checkout page.

Double-check the size and material selected on your order; tile gift cards are only eligible for our framed or frameless 8" x 8" Mixtiles (not Canvas).
