FAQ: Why Isn’t the Promo Code I Have Applying?

Promo codes are a fantastic way to save, and we want to make sure you get those savings applied to your order. Here’s a set of tips to help you troubleshoot and get your promo code working smoothly.


1. Free Tiles Codes or Tile Gift Card Codes

Issue: Can't Find the Code
First things first, check your inbox for any messages from Mixtiles. We likely sent you a free tile code in a previous exchange, and you’ll find gift card codes near the bottom of the gift card email. If you’re still having trouble finding it, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help you track it down! 🕵️

Issue: Code Shows "Doesn’t Exist"
Sometimes, the issue might be a tiny typo. Make sure you’re using the number "0" and not the letter "O" (or any other similar mix-ups). If you’ve checked and the code still isn’t working, reach out to us—we’re here to help get things sorted!

Issue: Code Has Been Used
If you see a message saying the code has been used, it usually means the code was entered on the website or app but hasn’t been applied to an order yet. No need to enter it again! Just make sure you’re using the same device and ordering through the same website or app where you first entered the code. When you get to the Checkout page, you’ll see a note about the number of Mixtiles you can redeem for free.


2. All Other Codes

Issue: Not Applying
These codes are specifically for our 8" x 8" Mixtiles when you upload the number of tiles mentioned in the promotion. If you switch to larger Mixtiles or a mix of sizes, you’ll get our best available discount instead, which is usually a percentage off when you spend over a certain amount.

Issue: Link from Advertisement Not Applying
Technology can be a bit finicky sometimes. If the advertised discount isn’t applying, just send us a message and we’ll do our best to assist you in getting it to work!

Issue: Code Is Expired
If your code has expired, we’ll check if an extension is possible and help you get the most out of your promo.
