Why Isn’t the Promo Code I Have Applying?

Promo codes are a fantastic way to save, and we want to make sure you get those savings applied to your order. Here’s a set of tips to help you troubleshoot and get your promo code working smoothly.


Step 1: Double-Check the Code

  • Typos happen! Make sure you’re using the number “0” (not the letter “O”) and entering everything exactly as shown.

  • Copy + paste carefully. Extra spaces before or after the code can make it invalid.


Step 2: Check the Type of Code You Have

Different codes apply to different things:

Tile Gift Card or Free Tile Code

  • These only apply to our 8" x 8" Mixtiles (framed or frameless).

  • If you already entered the code once before, you don’t need to re-enter it!

  • Getting a message that your code’s already been used, even though you haven’t ordered yet? That just means it’s already been saved from before! Go back to the same device and platform (web or app) where you first entered it, and you’ll see your free tiles automatically apply at checkout. 💛

Percentage or Promo Discount Code

  • These usually apply to specific promotions (like a percent-off when you spend a certain amount).

  • If you’re ordering larger sizes or mixing different types (like Canvas), you’ll automatically get our best available discount instead.


Step 3: Using a Link from an Ad?

If you clicked a link from a Mixtiles email or ad and the deal isn’t showing, it might not have loaded properly. Try opening the link again in a private/incognito browser — this refreshes the session and often fixes it right away.
