If you get an email from UPS or another courier asking you to pay additional fees, please don’t make any payments right away.

Take a screenshot of the message.

We’ll check what’s going on and make sure you don’t get charged anything extra you shouldn’t. 👍
A Note for Canadian Orders
Since Mixtiles are made in the United States, the import fee replaces the provincial sales tax. That means — just like everywhere else — you’ll only pay the total shown at Checkout. No surprise fees when your order arrives! 🇨🇦
