Nope! All customs fees are covered by Mixtiles, so you won't have to pay any customs taxes to receive your tiles.

If you receive an email from UPS requesting a payment to be made before you can receive your order, please email us with a screenshot of the email, as you shouldn't be asked for any additional fees after your order is placed.

A Note About Orders from Canada: Because Mixtiles are produced in the United States, we need to charge our Canadian customers an import fee, instead of sales tax.

Mixtiles covers the cost of shipping, and this import fee replaces the local tax that would be charged within Canada.

But, you'll see this noted on the Checkout page before you place your order. For all orders, you’ll only ever pay what you see on the Checkout page. 👍 There won't be any surprise or additional fees after your order is placed.
