Important Note: If you receive an email from UPS asking for a payment before you can receive your order, please send us a screenshot of that email. You shouldn’t be asked for any additional fees after your order is placed.

Since Mixtiles are produced in the United States, we charge our Canadian customers an import fee instead of sales tax. This replaces the local tax that would be charged within Canada. You’ll see this import fee noted on the Checkout page before you place your order — there won’t be any surprise or additional fees after your order is placed!
