We’re just as excited as you are for your Mixtiles to arrive! Here’s how to check your order status and when to expect updates.
Step 1: Check Your Email
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us with all your order details. Once your Mixtiles ship, we’ll send another email with a tracking link so you can follow their journey to your door.
Step 2: Track in the App
If you ordered through the Mixtiles app:
Open the app.
Tap the three lines (☰) in the top corner.
Select “My Orders.” You’ll see all your order details and tracking info right there.
Step 3: Track on the Website
If you ordered on our website, you can track your order by logging into your Mixtiles account.
Go to mixtiles.com → click the three lines (☰) → Sign In / Sign Up.
Use the same email address you used to place your order. Your order history will appear automatically once your account is linked!
Step 4: Follow Your Tracking Link
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link that always shows the most up-to-date delivery info.
If your order seems delayed or hasn’t updated in a while, hang tight! Carriers sometimes take a day or two to refresh tracking scans. If it’s still unclear after that, we’ll be happy to take a closer look for you! 💛
