Where Is My Order?

Find out where your order is and how to track your delivery.

We’re just as excited as you are for your order to arrive! Here’s how to check your order status and when to expect updates.


Step 1: Check Your Email

As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us with all your order details. Once your order ships, we’ll send another email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.


Step 2: Track in the App

If you ordered through the Mixtiles app:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right.

  3. Select My Orders. You’ll see all your order details and tracking info right there.


Step 3: Track on the Website

If you ordered on our website, you can track your order by logging into your Mixtiles account.

  • Go to mixtiles.com → click the three lines (☰) → Sign In / Sign Up.

  • Use the same email address you used to place your order. Your order history will appear automatically once your account is linked!


Step 4: Follow Your Tracking Link

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link that always shows the most up-to-date delivery info.

If your order seems delayed or hasn’t updated in a while, hang tight! Carriers sometimes take a day or two to refresh tracking scans. If it’s still unclear after that, we’ll be happy to take a closer look for you! 💛
