Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with all the details. 📧 We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, from the moment your order is placed to when it’s on its way to you! Once your order ships, we’ll send another email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

App Orders

If you placed your order through our app, it’s easy to check on its status! Just open the app, click on the three lines in the upper corner, and select My Orders. You’ll see all the details right there.

Website Orders

For orders made on our website, you can track your order by logging into your Mixtiles account. If you didn’t have an account when you placed your order, that’s okay! You can create one now using the same email address you used for your purchase, and your order history will be there.

Tip: If you create an account and don’t see your previous orders, it might be because they were placed under a different email address. This is often the case if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, which may have an older email address linked. Make sure to check that!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to the email address you provided during checkout. 🚚

No updates or delayed delivery?

Your tracking link will always have the latest information on your delivery. If you need more clarity, give us a shout!
