Learn about splitting an image across multiple tiles.

Updated this week

Absolutely! While we don't have a built-in photo-editing tool to help split a photo across several tiles, it's definitely possible โ€” and we've seen some of our creative customers do it with great success! ๐ŸŽจ

If you're comfortable using photo-editing software, you can split your image into sections and upload each part as separate Mixtiles. It can create a stunning effect and make a big statement on your wall!

A Few Tips to Keep in Mind:

Framed and Frameless Mixtiles: About 3 mm of the edges are trimmed during the manufacturing process. This means you might lose a tiny bit of the image around the edges, so it's good to leave a bit of extra space when cropping your photo.

โ€‹Canvas Mixtiles: If you're using Canvas, about 1 inch of the edges will be stretched around to the back of the tile. Make sure any important details aren't too close to the edges, so they don't get lost in the wrap!
