We totally understand — sometimes plans change! 💛 If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, you can now cancel it yourself right from your Mixtiles account.
How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order anytime before it goes to print by following these steps:
Log in to your Mixtiles account on our website. (This feature isn’t available in the app yet.)
Go to My Orders.
Find the order you’d like to cancel.
Click Cancel Order.
Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window.
Once confirmed, your order will be automatically canceled and you’ll be reimbursed with Mixtiles Credits — which you can use toward a new order anytime! 🎉
If you prefer to have us help you with a cancellation, please include:
The email address used for your order
Your order number
A brief note about why you’d like to cancel
We’ll do our best to catch your order in time and confirm your cancellation by email. 🌟
When Cancellation Isn’t Available
Once an order goes to print, the Cancel Order button becomes disabled.
You’ll see a pop-up message explaining that cancellations are only possible before printing begins.
After your order has been delivered or canceled, the Cancel Order option disappears completely from your account.
