We understand that sometimes plans change, and you might need to cancel your Mixtiles order. While we don't have a cancel feature available directly through our website, app, or Mixtiles account just yet, we're here to help! 😊

There’s a small window of time right after your order is placed when we can still cancel it for you. To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible:

Chat With Us: Use our chat service on the website to speak with one of our team members directly.

What Information Should I Include?
To help us process your cancellation quickly, please include the following information in your message:

  • The email address used for the order

  • The order number of the order you wish to cancel

  • The reason for your cancellation

Once we receive your request, we’ll do our best to assist you promptly! If we’re able to catch your order in time, we’ll process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email.
