If the order was placed within a few hours ago, and the order was placed through our website:
Option 1: Log in / create an account with us through our website! As long as you're logging in / creating an account using the same email address that was on the order, your order will appear. Once you're logged in, you can change the delivery address on your order.
Option 2: Update your address directly from your confirmation email. Here's how:
