Learn about how bleed affects photos and how much room to leave around the edges

Updated over a week ago

On both our framed and frameless Mixtiles, about 3 mm of the photo is trimmed during the manufacturing process! So, be sure to leave a little extra space along the edges of your photo, so we don't cut off any important parts! πŸ‘

If you have an image with a border or something very important near the edge, choose one of our matting options – the matting will get trimmed instead of your photo!

With Canvas, about 1" of the edges of your photo will be stretched along the edges and to the back of the Mixtiles. So, when ordering this style, just be sure that nothing important is within 1" of the edge of your photo!

You're in the driver's seat when it comes to getting your photo centered on the Mixtiles just right. πŸ˜‰ To learn more about how to do this, click here.
