How Do I Edit My Order?

Here's how to make changes to an order you've just placed.

We totally get it — sometimes you want to make a quick change after placing your order! 💛 If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, you can edit your order right from your Mixtiles account (website only).


How to Edit Your Order

You can edit your order anytime before it goes to print by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Mixtiles account on our website
    (or create a free account using the same email you used to place your order)

  2. Click the three lines (☰) in the top corner

  3. Select My Orders

  4. Choose the order you’d like to edit

  5. Click Edit Order and make any changes you’d like


Important to Know Before You Edit

When you click Edit Order:

  • The full amount you paid will be returned to you as store credit

  • When you resubmit your order, that credit will apply automatically, so you won’t be charged again

If your updated order total changes:

  • If the new total is lower, the remaining balance will stay in your account as store credit

    • If you’d prefer that remaining amount refunded to your original payment method, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help

  • If the new total is higher, you’ll simply pay the difference at checkout

  • If you used a promo code on your original order, be sure to enter it again at checkout, to get the same price

If you don’t end up making any changes, you’ll still need to resubmit your order for it to go back into production.


If You Ordered Through the App

Editing isn’t available in the app just yet. If you've submitted your order through the app and want to make changes, we may still have a short window to help — just reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best! 🌟


When the Edit Feature Isn’t Available

  • Once an order goes to print, the Edit Order button becomes disabled.

  • Since Mixtiles are custom-made just for you, we’re not able to stop or modify it once printing has begun.
