Can I Customize the AI Image?
The themed portraits themselves aren’t customizable right now — they’re generated using our fun, pre-designed templates. However, you can still customize the frame style, color, and size, so your selection looks perfect in your space.
The Result Doesn't Resemble the Person / Pet.
Sometimes the AI-generated images don’t capture every detail. If that happens, it can help to try a different photo—sometimes a new angle or expression makes the portrait more accurate.
Do I Have To Order The Full Set?
Not at all! You can remove any images you don’t want by clicking on them and selecting Delete.
Want to mix and match different themes?
Just click the three lines in the top-left corner, choose another AI Portrait option, and repeat the process. You can combine your favorites into one order. 🎉
