How to Get the Best Results
For the most accurate portrait, we recommend trying again with a new photo. The AI works best with:
Clear, well-lit photos
Front-facing images (no strong angles, shadows, or sunglasses)
Photos of each person alone, rather than group photos
To try again, simply click the pink “+” sign, select Christmas Portraits, and upload the new photo.
Removing Portraits You Don’t Want
If there are any portraits you decide not to purchase, you can remove them at any time:
Click on the portrait you want to delete.
Select Delete.
