How Do I View My Order?

Check your order status, delivery details, and history from the app, website, or your email confirmation.

Check Your Email First

Right after you place your order, we’ll send an order confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. Inside that email, you’ll find a PDF attachment with all your order details — including:

  • The photos or products you ordered

  • The shipping address

  • Your order number

  • The total amount paid

This PDF is the quickest way to double-check everything about your order.


In the Mixtiles App

You can view and track your orders right from the app — quick and easy!

  1. Open the Mixtiles app.

  2. Tap the three lines (☰).

  3. Select My Orders from the menu.

You’ll see your order history, tracking information (once your order ships), and the current status of any in-progress orders.


On the Mixtiles Website

You can also view and track your orders through our website. Here’s how:

  1. Click the three lines (☰) in the top corner and select Sign In / Sign Up.

  2. Create or sign into your account using the same email address you used to place your order.

Once your account is confirmed, we’ll automatically connect it to any past and current orders made with that email address. 🎉

From there, you can:

  • View your order history

  • Track current shipments

  • Download order summaries


Gift Card Orders

Gift card orders won't appear in your order history just yet — but you’ll still receive a confirmation!

  • Look for an email in your inbox with the subject line:
    “Your Copy: Mixtiles Gift Card”

  • That email confirms your card was sent to the recipient.

  • If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder — it might be hiding there!

If your gift card was scheduled for a future date, it will be sent automatically on that day, and you’ll still receive a copy for your records.
